Sportswear experts and sports enthusiasts have been debating how to dress for the coming winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.

Some, like American Olympian Katie Ledecky, have worn shorts and sports jackets to protect themselves from the elements, while others have opted for sport coats and athletic tights.

But according to a new survey from the American Council on Exercise, it’s not all about the weather.

“The best thing you can do for your body is go for an athletic workout that keeps you warm and cool, and the best thing to do for the Olympics is not get dehydrated,” said Chris Tumel, who co-wrote the study with John Wollstein.

“I like to call it ‘the sportsmen’s answer to the winter Olympics.'”

While the survey is just one piece of evidence in the Sochi Olympics, it raises a few questions.

For one, how many people will actually make it to the games?

Will there be an Olympic-style relay, as the last men’s swimmer, Ryan Lochte, did?

Or will there be a full-on competition, as many other Olympic athletes have?

Or, will the athletes compete in an outdoor pool?

What about those Olympic athletes who don’t swim?

Will the water temperature be as low as it has been in previous Olympic games?

And will there really be an indoor competition, given that there’s no indoor pool to compete in?

The answer to all of those questions is, probably not.

The vast majority of athletes in the study said they would definitely want to compete outdoors in Sochi.

“It’s definitely an Olympic year,” said Tumetel.

“If you’re in the middle of the winter and you’re dehydrated, you probably don’t want to get in an indoor pool or a race with all the ice.

If you’re competing in a winter Olympics and you have to go outside to get your body warmed up, that’s not going to help you.”

First, there are some obvious things you can wear.

You can wear shorts to help cool your body and to keep you from getting too dehydrated.

You don’t have to wear your hair down and your face exposed, as some have suggested.

Instead, wear a T-shirt or a hoodie and a hooded sweatshirt, which will help keep you warm.

If the weather is good, wear your swimsuits with compression sleeves, and a sports jacket with a zip-up hood.

For the outdoors, you can also opt for an insulated jacket.

The American Council recommends wearing one that has an outer shell, which keeps you cool without causing any discomfort.

A hooded fleece jacket with mesh is another great option.

If it’s a warm day, you could also opt to go with an insulated hooded hooded coat that will keep you cool.

Tumel said that the best way to keep your body warm in Sochi is to take advantage of all the warm weather opportunities that will be available.

“The best way you can protect yourself from the cold is to go for a workout that gets you to a certain temperature, so you’re not dehydrated at all,” he said.

“But if you’re a swimmer and you want to swim, that doesn’t help.

It’s really important that you get as much water as you can out of your body.”

While it may seem like a lot of work to wear an insulated hat and goggles, Tumeter said it’s an important part of training and that the more you practice it, the better.

“One of the big things that we learned during our research was that you need to make sure that you don’t get too cold,” he explained.

“A hat that’s warm is great, but if you have a lot to do, you might not be able to go out and have that warm hat.”

The American Council estimates that an average American swimmer will be swimming at about 50 degrees Fahrenheit (9 degrees Celsius), and Tumethell said that you should still wear a hat that has plenty of ventilation and that you have plenty of layers of clothing to protect yourself.

“There are some things that you can’t do in Sochi,” he warned.

“You can’t go out on the water with shorts and a jacket, you just can’t.”

And if you still want to go without, there is a way to go all the way.
