Subaru Foresters and ST models from Japan are set to start arriving in the country in September, with prices starting from ¥13,999 ($150).
While it is not the cheapest price in the segment, the car is one of the most affordable models in the world.
For comparison, a BMW M3 E30i starting at ¥21,858 ($185) is the most expensive model in the market, while the cheapest Mitsubishi Outlander SL starts at ¥18,990 ($169).
If you are planning to visit Japan in September for the first time, you will have to be careful about the price tag.
For starters, Subaru is offering a limited number of Foresters in Japan that are only available through Subaru’s online retailer, Amazon.com.
In addition, the Forester 2.0L, which is the cheapest Forester available in the US, is only available in Japanese markets for ¥5,500 ($130).
It is possible to get an early Forester, but the prices are still steep.
In terms of price tags, the cheapest model is the Forezones, which are priced at ¥12,999.
These Forezone 2.2L are not available outside Japan, but they will be released in September.
The Forezoes have a 5.2-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine that produces 530 hp (310 kW) and 477 lb-ft (330 Nm) of torque.
The car also comes with a 4WD system and a five-speed manual transmission.
If you need to drive the car, the price is only ¥6,995 ($100).
As for the other Forezords, there are no plans for them to arrive in Japan until 2020.
The company is not selling the car in North America and has not said anything about any other markets outside of Japan.
Subaru has been working with automakers like Mercedes-Benz and Toyota to sell the Foreza ST in North American markets for the last few years, but no official announcements have been made.
